THE WIDEST RANGE OF DIMENSIONS
We produce product lengths from 2 to 500 mm (0.0779 - 19.685 inch) with diameters ranging from 1 to 105 mm (0.039 – 4.134 inch) and process wall thicknesses from 0.2 mm (0.008 inch) up to a solid material. The use of automated precision saws guarantees burr-free edges, and tolerances up to ± 0.05 mm (0.002 inch).

The tube ends can be widened in the dimensional range from 5 to 75 mm (0.197 - 2.953 inch).

Up to a wall thickness of 2 mm (0.079 inch) pieces can be cut out on one side of the tube.

Perforations can be applied to almost any part.
Bordering
Bordering
Bordering means that the edges are doubled over. This process may be applied up to a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.059 inch).

Outside diameter range from 2 to 100 mm (0.079 - 3.937 inch). Turned parts up to 300 mm (11.811 inch).
Machiningof ends
Machining of ends
Machining operation to remove burr and produce smooth, clean and angular tube ends but also for chamfering and special edge forms of all kind. The dimensional range for the outside diameter is from 8 to 80 mm (0.315 - 3.150 inch).

The tube edges can be chamfered at the ends. Based on experience, we recommend for most applications a rounding of the edges by grinding.

It is possible to mitre on one side or on both sides starting with an outside diameter of 5 mm (0.197 inch).

The calibration of tubes allows for very tight outside diameter tolerances.
Laser-processing
Laser processing
In one operation it is possible to produce complex contours. This eliminates the need for further processing such as perforating, punching, sawing and milling. Up to outside diameter of 150 mm (5.906 inch), square 120 × 120 mm (4.724 inch). Wall thicknesses steel up to 6 mm (0.236 inch), stainless steel up to 5 mm (0.197 inch) and aluminium up to 4 mm (0.157 inch).

Knurls may be applied to tubes starting from a wall thickness of 1.5 mm (0.059 inch).

Forming operations to round tubes in one or several steps for a local shaping of form elements of a different kind. The different shapes of forming may be combined with each other.

Outside diameter 8 - 50 mm (0.315 - 1.969 inch), length 30 - 300 mm (1.181 - 11.811 inch), wall thickness 1 - 4 mm (0.039 - 0.157 inch). The burr is knocked off by rotating brushes. This deburring process is particularly suited for long parts.

Outside diameter 2 - 30 mm (0.079 - 1.181 inch), length 2 - 50 mm (0.079 - 1.969 inch), wall thickness 0.2 mm (0.008 inch), to solid material. Centrifugal force grinding is a particularly intensive way of grinding.

Whether individual or bundle cuts: Water-cooled, innovative servo technology makes it possible to separate the material with infinitely adjustable sawing power and the shortest sawing cycle of less than a second. Cutting speed, tool clamping pressure and saw blade vibration are calculated and monitored throughout the entire manufacturing process. In this way, we guarantee optimal results, maximum reliability and cost-efficiency, and all this not only for large quantities, but also for the smallest batch series.
