Bordering means that the edges are doubled over. This process may be applied down to a wall thickness of 1.5 mm.

Burr Removal With Brush

Outside diameter 8.0 to 50.0 mm, length 30 to 300 mm, wall thickness 1.0 to 4.0 mm. The rotating brushes will knock off the burr. This burr removal process is particularly suited for long parts.

Machining Of Ends

Machining operation to remove burr and produce smooth, clean and angular tube ends but also for chamfering and special edge forms of all kind. The dimensional range for the outside diameter is from 8 to 80 mm.

Centrifugal Force Grinding

Outside diameter 2.0 to 3.0 mm, length 2.0 to 50 mm, wall thickness 0.2 mm to solid material. Centrifugal force grinding is a particularly intensive way of grinding.

It is possible to chamfer the tube edges at the ends. By experience we recommend for most applications a rounding of the edges by grinding.

It is possible to miter on both sides starting with an outside diameter of 5 mm.

Burr Removal By Grinding

Outside diameter 2.0 to 100 mm, length 2.0 to 250 mm, wall thickness 0.2 mm to solid material. Grinding rounds sharp edges. The burr is doubled over but not removed.

The calibrating of tubes allows for very tight outside diameter tolerances.

Laser Processing

Laser Processing

In one operation it is possible to produce complex contours. This may allow you to do without further processing steps like perforating, punching, sawing and milling. Up to outside diameter of 150 mm, for square components 120 x 120 mm. Wall thicknesses: steel down to 6 mm, stainless steel down to 5 mm, aluminium down to 4 mm.

Washing
