It is possible to widen the tube ends in the dimensional range from 0.197 to 2.953 Inch (5 to 75 mm).

Bordering

Bordering means that the edges are doubled over. This process may be applied down to a wall thickness of 0.059 Inch (1.5 mm).

Burr Removal With Brush

Outside diameter 0.315 to 1.969 Inch (8.0 to 50.0 mm), length 1.181 to 11.811 Inch (30 to 300 mm), wall thickness 0.039 to 0.157 Inch (1.0 to 4.0 mm). The rotating brushes will knock off the burr. This burr removal process is particularly suited for long parts.

Machining Of Ends

Machining Of Ends

Machining operation to remove burr and produce smooth, clean and angular tube ends but also for chamfering and special edge forms of all kind. The dimensional range for the outside diameter is from 0.315 to 3.150 Inch (8 to 80 mm).

Centrifugal Force Grinding

Outside diameter 0.079 to 0.118 Inch (2.0 to 3.0 mm), length 0.079 to 1.969 Inch (2.0 to 50 mm), wall thickness 0.008 Inch (0.2 mm) to solid material. Centrifugal force grinding is a particularly intensive way of grinding.

Outside diameter 0.079 to 3.937 Inch (2.0 to 100 mm), length 0.079 to 9.843 Inch (2.0 to 250 mm), wall thickness 0.008 Inch (0.2 mm) to solid material. Grinding rounds sharp edges. The burr is doubled over but not removed.

Laser Processing

Laser Processing

In one operation it is possible to produce complex contours. This may allow you to do without further processing steps like perforating, punching, sawing and milling. Up to outside diameter of 5.906 Inch (150 mm), for square components 4.724 x 4.724 Inch (120 x 120 mm). Wall thicknesses: steel down to 0.236 Inch (6 mm), stainless steel down to 0.197 Inch (5 mm), aluminium down to 0.157 Inch (4 mm).

Forming operations to tube ends in one or several steps for a local shaping of form elements of different kind. The different shapes of forming may be combined with each other.

Outside diameter 0.079 to 3.937 Inch (2.0 to 100 mm), length 0.079 to 19.685 Inch (2.0 to 500 mm), wall thickness 0.008 Inch (0.2 mm) to solid material. Automatic precision saws guaranty edges and tolerances from ± 0.002 Inch (0.05 mm), which have almost no burr.
